Terms of Use

By using Avisto (the “app”) and the avisto.app website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Avisto lets you read the Google reviews of your locations and publish, edit or remove replies using templates. The service is provided by Anton Baranov, in Quebec, Canada. The app is in development; its features may change.

Your Google account

You must have the right to manage the business profiles you connect. You remain responsible for your Google account and must comply with Google’s terms, including those of Google Business Profile. You can remove Avisto’s access at any time in your Google account.

Your replies

You alone are responsible for the content of the replies you publish, including those generated from a template. Avisto never publishes, edits or deletes a reply on its own: every action starts with your own action and a confirmation in the app. Read your replies over before publishing. You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing or against Google’s rules.

Acceptable use

You must not use Avisto to get around Google’s rules, to send spam, or to try to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to it.

Data and privacy

Your data stays on your device. See the privacy policy for details.

Plans

The base plan is free. Paid features may be offered later; if so, their prices and terms will be shown to you before any purchase.

No affiliation with Google

Avisto is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and Google may change or restrict its interfaces without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending use

You may stop using Avisto at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes

We may change these terms. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use Avisto after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of the judicial district of Montreal have jurisdiction, subject to your mandatory rights.
